When is nikita season 3 finale

By Christine Seghers Posted: 25 May pm. Note: Spoilers for the entirety of Nikita: Season 3 follow. Season 3 of Nikita found our heroes tasked with cleaning up the mess that Percy had left. There were rogue agents to round up, a black box to recover, a madwoman to track down, and hundreds of Division agents to shepherd along the path of redemption.

The series took on a more procedural feel at times as Nikita fought against the bad-guy-of-the-week, while the rise of Amanda and her successful manipulation of Nikita and all the people she cares about doomed their hopes of getting a happy ending. At least for now. The primary mission of the new Division now with a moral compass!

Some of these stories were more interesting than others although they all benefited from solid guest turns by the actors brought in to portray them. Arms dealer Cyrus was easily the standout. The charming and handsome Isaiah Mustafa was so winning I'd be thinking spinoff had this series not been so tragically ratings-challenged. Nikita and Michael got engaged early on in the season, both finally being able to see an end to their long, bloody road with Division. But they were plagued with many obstacles.

Michael lost his hand and his confidence, Nikita struggled with the idea of ever being really finished, redeemed, worthy of a happy ending. When they overcame their own issues, Amanda was able to take their unbreakable bond and weaponize it, knowing that Nikita would sacrifice her own future to protect Michael's, which was jeopardized when his new hand ended up being a Monkey's Paw.

Nikita Creator on His Plans for the Final Season Season 3 had many high points, and its strongest episodes focused on the core themes of the show: guilt, forgiveness and redemption, while still bringing plenty of action and yes, humor, even in the thick of the most intense and angst-ridden situations. The exceptional "Sword's Edge" showed what this series can be at its best, like a little spy movie every Friday night. In the midst of discovering that Ryan has been hiding how much danger Division is in from the President, who was not sold on their value, they have to work together to protect her from assassination.

In "Brave new World" , our heroes wrestled mightily with the allure of their new-found power. Another highlight was "Reunion" , which had as much to do with Nikita and Alex's complicated friendship as it did with Amanda's vendetta against both women. We learned about the horrific abuse Amanda suffered as a child in the revealing "Broken Home.

Amanda's beef with Nikita was deeply personal - Nikita's attempt to atone for her sins just plain pisses her off. Nikita and Alex both had very traumatic childhoods and yet have chosen to strive to help others rather than lash out. See more at IMDbPro. Photos Top cast Edit. Maggie Q Nikita as Nikita. Shane West Michael as Michael. Lyndsy Fonseca Alex as Alex. Melinda Clarke Amanda as Amanda. David S. Lee Phillip Jones as Phillip Jones. Kang as Dr. Lyndie Greenwood Sonya as Sonya.

Duane Murray Supervisor as Supervisor. Danny MacDonald Tech as Tech. Kevin Jubinville Agent 1 as Agent 1. Jee-Yun Lee Newscaster as Newscaster. It was really difficult. We talked about it a lot. There was something like that at the end of every season, if you look back: Percy pulled a big thing on Nikita at the end of Season 1 and he did a similar thing in Season 2, and Amanda did it in Season 3.

So, for Nikita to turn that back and pull the massive switcharoo on her own, it was a better statement than her winning with an assault riffle. He was so much fun.

Aaron had a total command of that character. Seeing him smile at the end was great, I thought. He just knows Birkhoff inside and out and always makes him a little more interesting than is on the page, even.

Alex and Owen could have used more time. I liked it, but it could have used more time. For me it was important… if it was earned. Were you happy with how their story wrapped up?
