Why is everything bothering me




















When you catch yourself feeling irritated because of others, try to remember that no one really HAS to do anything. When you think well, you can go a long time without doing any of that and not die. After all, they give you comfort, food, and security, right? Therefore it is beneficial for you to do them. Now, if you got irritated because of a particular situation, remind yourself that life is unpredictable and the only way to live it happily is by being flexible, learning to adapt and maneuvering when needed.

Because you will spend a ton of time staying angry about it, instead of trying to solve it. The take out here is that having balanced expectations for people, life situations, events and outcomes will prevent a lot of irritation in your life. If you are, in fact, exhausted, burnt out or battling hormonal changes, maximize your self care as soon as you can. Spending time with yourself, relaxing, having a good time can help you recover your lost energy, which in turn will make you less sensitive to irritants and various negativities.

You may have good intuition too :P. Anonymous November 9th, pm. Little things bother me a lot sometimes as well. It could be possible that you may be suffering from anxiety, however, you should also look at the possibility that you could be a stuffer.

What I mean by this is, do you ever feel like your cup is overflowing with red juice and when you accidentally bump into something, the red juice overflows everywhere?

This is only a visual, not a real example, of what can happen when we stuff our feelings instead of dealing with them. Try reflecting, becoming self-aware, and talking about your feelings.

Little things always bother me and people find me difficult, but those things don't matter to other people. The key here is to be calm and rational about it, before making a scene about it. Your brain produces endorphins and dopamine when you exercise and you get some extra vitamins if you do it out in the sun! These chemicals help keep your moods balanced and your mind at ease. Exercise is a stress and anxiety relief that is all-natural and attainable for most people.

Even just taking a walk up and down the street for 20 minutes every few days will provide great benefit.
